TJ sold our old house very quickly at over the asking price in a very guided step by step process. He helped us find our new house under the asking price and with offers accepted and subjects removed within less than a week of us putting in the offer. He was never pushy, listened to what we wanted, and patiently found a house that met our very long list of criteria. Always reachable and approachable whenever we had urgent questions. He even had a carpenter handyman to help us get our old house ready for the open house. And we used his preferred contractor to renovate our new house before moving in.
